We're looking for an experienced, motivated leader to head up our Supplier Facing Services team in the ASM department.

What the role is about:

This is a strategic leadership role focused on helping our clients unlock the full value of our software solutions. You'll lead the delivery of implementation projects, design and execute impactful training programs, and oversee ongoing client support — ensuring adoption, satisfaction, and long-term success.

What you'll do:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Supplier Facing team to achieve performance targets.
  • Oversee the collection and management of B-BBEE certificates, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Maintain and monitor data integrity through accurate and timely database updates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalations and deliver exceptional client service.
  • Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Champion a positive, growth-focused team culture through mentorship and training.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience leading and managing teams.
  • Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid understanding of database management and data integrity principles.
  • Familiarity with B-BBEE and Preferential Procurement policies (advantageous).
  • Relevant qualification in Leadership, Operations Management, or a related field.
