We're looking for an experienced, motivated Jnr Teamleader to head up our Supplier Facing Services team in the ASM department.

What the role is about:

This is a strategic role focused on helping our clients unlock the full value of our software solutions. You'll oversee ongoing client support — ensuring adoption, satisfaction, and long-term success.

What you'll do:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Supplier Facing team to achieve performance targets.
  • Oversee the collection and management of B-BBEE certificates, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Maintain and monitor data integrity through accurate and timely database updates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalations and deliver exceptional client service.
  • Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Champion a positive, growth-focused team culture through mentorship and training.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience leading and managing teams.
  • Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid understanding of database management and data integrity principles.
  • Familiarity with B-BBEE and Preferential Procurement policies (advantageous).
  • Relevant qualification in Leadership, Operations Management, or a related field.
