Here is the role:

The key purpose of this role is to support the Project teams by providing Project and administrative support across the project portfolio as well as assisting with back-office tasks relating to scheduling, reporting, and Kimble – our resource management and forecasting tool. The successful candidate will also be expected to work alongside Project Managers to support larger engagements, so allowing them to gain exposure and experience of working on larger and more complex pieces of work.

This would be a great role for someone who wants to move into digital project management, and an excellent way to start a career in project management.

This is what we need from you:

  • Managing Kimble; Updating assignments, ensuring forecasts are accurate, checking data
  • Project administration assistance such as:

o Preparing status reports, coordinating project resources, setting up meetings

o Resource scheduling and monitoring; maintenance of generic resources

o Updating and maintaining central logs (RAID and RAG)

o Ensuring project control documents are correctly filed

  • Scheduling and attending meetings
  • Project onboarding and ensuring pre-reqs are in place
  • Report creation and assistance
  • Client contact and light management including holiday cover assistance
  • Maintenance of Team sites and archiving of completed projects
  • Drive to achieve and exceed client expectations and satisfaction whilst subscribing to best practice measures;
  • Effective management of communications in line with agreed communications plan and Delivery Framework;
  • Maintain updated versions of project artefacts, in line with agreed project methodology;
  • Monitor, manage and communicate accurate resource forecasts for project planning and completion;
  • Understanding and execution of deliverables – scope and change management.

  • Demonstrable understanding of project management principles;
  • Collaborative and inclusive approach, with ability to balance competing demands and work co-operatively with all stakeholders;
  • Ability to multi-task across a range of projects/tasks at any one time;
  • Excellent communication skills – written and oral;
  • Ability to build professional relationships both internally and with our clients;
  • Good attention to detail, time management and ability to deliver on agreed commitments.

Would be great if you have:

  • Basic understanding of the technologies Kocho work with: M365, Azure;
  • Experience of working in a similar environment as Kocho;
  • Experience of using delivery tools such as Microsoft Teams and Planner and MS Project
