We aim to improve leads and sales through effective online ad campaigns and high-performing websites. Our expertise includes Google Ads, website design and development, SEO, industrial market research, content creation, and social media. (To name a few).

We specialise in understanding human behaviour to create successful marketing strategies.

Success is meticulously tracked and measured to ensure optimal outcomes for our clients.

We are both a performance marketing agency and a brand marketing agency.

The role:
(This is an attention to detail role, and requires a high degree of resilience and ability to cope with constructive criticism)

This remote role is however based in Edenvale. The
Intern: Junior Marketing Manager
will be responsible for supporting the marketing team in developing and executing marketing strategies, conducting market research, managing social media accounts, creating content, assisting with online ad campaigns, and tracking and analysing campaign performance.

Minimum Qualifications

You must have
completed
a BA degree in Strategic Communications, or BCom Degree in Marketing Management. (Ideally from UJ) Honours Degree is advantageous. (If you are currently writing exams or finishing your FINAL semester by end of Dec 2025 you may still apply.)

You must provide the following work environment:

1. Professional work from home environment. (A quiet confidential room with a chair, desk, door and appropriate background- we will provide a laptop)

2. A Fast Fiber-optic line (min of 20/20 mbps)

3. Own car & live within 40min drive of Edenvale

• Produce excellent written copy in English (Like an English home language speaker)

i. Online Meetings

ii. Presentations

iii. Thinking on your feet

iv. Excel, Word, PowerPoint

We are hoping to mentor you into these skills:

Strategy related:

a) Advise clients on their high-level strategy

b) Project Manage / Influence client's day-to-day digital marketing strategy

c) "Own" client's conversion strategy

Diagnose marketing/solution challenges for client's business:

a) Conduct informal market research, as and when needed

b) Compile monthly client reports - data analysis

c) Identify client's needs/client's pain points and sell or upsell a solution

Manage client relations:

a) Be single point of contact for clients

b) Ensure client is on a path towards 10X marketing ROI/ have achieved it

c) Maintain clients perceived value of the Wild Pursuit solution

d) Ensure client is profitable for Wild Pursuit

e) Set accurate customer expectations

Production related:

a) Project Manage all the projects we're running for the client- eg GAds / website build

b) Research / Build / Configure / Maintain GAds, FB Ads

c) Manage client budgets - /GAds, FB Ads spent

d) Design and over see implementation and management of conversion measurement

e) Write copy for client websites, write copy for GAds, FB Ads
