Business Development Representative
to join our revenue team.
Role Overview
The BDR will be responsible for generating qualified sales opportunities by engaging with prospects via outbound calls, messages, and follow-ups. Your mission is to
initiate conversations, qualify interest, and book meetings
for our senior sales team.
This is a full-time role with a strong compensation structure and a clear progression into closing roles. We provide the complete success infrastructure—leads, scripts, tools, CRM, and ongoing training. You focus on execution.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and message outreach to targeted leads provided by AdPowerly.
• Qualify prospects based on defined criteria and identify opportunities.
• Generate interest, handle initial objections, and articulate AdPowerly's value proposition.
• Book high-intent sales meetings for the acquisition team.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow structured outreach workflows.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to optimize conversion rates and outreach quality.
• Represent AdPowerly with professionalism and clarity in every interaction.
