Xone Integrated Security is urgently seeking to employ qualified and skilled Grade A Control Room Supervisor for Bellville Area, WC, Candidates must meet the following requirements:

Key Requirements & Skills:

Matric / Grade 12 Equivalent -

  • Valid PSIRA Grade A
  • Proficient communication in both English and Afrikaans (verbal and written).
  • Administrator level in MS Outlook, Word, Excel.
  • Supervisor experience is advantageous.
  • CCTV surveillance, Data capturing, Radio control and alarm monitoring required.
  • Systems Training: Experience in operating alarm monitoring software, Cathexis CCTV, Bosch Video Management, CiiMs or GV Chase.
  • Strong character and able to make decisions with minimum input from management.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, and customer service orientation.
  • Attention to detail with a responsible and accountable approach to instructions, procedures, and policies.
  • Ability to detect problems and report information to appropriate personnel.
  • Ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations and provide protection services to individuals on campus.
  • Skill in performing building security and lock procedures.
  • Knowledge of public security codes, policies, and regulations.

PROVEN EXPERIENCE

· Previous experience working at a Higher Institute would be advantageous

· Minimum 2 Years in a senior or supervisor role, preferably in a control room.

· 2 Years' experience in a control room that manages and responds to CCTV and alarms.
