Role Purpose

Responsible for developing and implementing online sales strategies, leading a digital sales team, and driving revenue

Requirements

  • Matric/Grade 12 or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Sales, Insurance, Business, or related field.
  • FSCA recognised qualification
  • FAIS Key individual Regulatory Exam Level 1
  • FAIS Representative Regulatory Exam Level 5

Specific licensing or registration

  • Certified Financial Planner

Duties and Responsibilities

  • A results-driven individual to lead the sales, planning, execution, and optimization of our digital sales initiatives.
  • The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with digital channels, strong analytical skills, and a proven ability to grow online sales, brand presence, and conversions.
  • Develop and implement digital sales strategies across relevant platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance through analytics tools and prepare reports on KPIs, ROI, and growth
  • Collaborate with technology, and product teams to align sales efforts with business goals.
  • Stay updated on digital sales trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Manage budgets for digital campaigns and allocate resources effectively.
  • Inventory management: oversee the management of digital sales inventory, ensuring optimal allocation and pricing strategies to maximize revenue.
