We are seeking dynamic and results-driven
Software Sales Consultants
to join our
Midrand-based team.
The ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of software solutions and proven experience in selling technology-based Software products or services. You will be responsible for driving new business, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets through consultative and solution-based selling.
Responsibilities and Duties
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities for Linkfields' software solutions.
• Conduct client needs analysis to align software products with business requirements.
• Deliver compelling product presentations, demos, and proposals to potential clients.
• Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing deals.
• Maintain a deep understanding of Linkfields' software offerings and competitive landscape.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and account growth.
• Collaborate with the technical and implementation teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.
• Track and report sales performance, pipeline progress, and market trends.
Desired Experience & Qualification
• Matric (Grade 12) essential; relevant tertiary qualification in Sales, Business, IT, or Marketing preferred.
• Minimum 2–4 years' experience in software or IT solution sales (B2B environment preferred).
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding software sales targets.
• Strong understanding of SaaS, enterprise software, cloud solutions, or digital transformation offerings.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong business acumen and consultative selling ability.
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) is advantageous.
