Job description:

The HR Administrator is responsible for providing timeous and effective human resources support. The primary responsibility of the HR Administrator will be;

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the On-boarding process (e.g., completion of all letters, contracts, and all other onboarding documents in an accurate and timely manner)
  • Responsible for the Off-boarding process (e.g., finalisation of all termination documents in an accurate and timely manner)
  • Maintaining, tracking, and updating staff movements and employee information
  • Accuracy of employee data
  • Keep track and update of employee leave,)e.g., Annual, sick, maternity leave, etc.)
  • First point of contact with employees on HR-related issues
  • Ensure compliance with legislation and company policies.
  • Accurate and timely capturing of KPIs into the Performance Management system and tracking of progress.
  • Assisting with the implementation of HR-related policies and procedures
  • Effective administrative support to HR Manager
  • Reporting
Minimum Requirements:
  • Degree in Human Resources Management
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years HR administration experience
  • Highly proficient in MS Office 365 (incl. MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, and MS Word)
  • Knowledge of LRA, BCEA, and EEA
