**JOB VACANCY - HR Administrator**(Fixed Term Contract 3 Months)
Hyatt Regency Cape Town is a leading provider of exceptional hospitality services, offering a unique experience for our guests. We pride ourselves on delivering outstanding customer service while fostering a collaborative and positive work environment. We are seeking an experienced, proactive and detailed oriented **Human Resources Administrator**to join our dynamic team and support out HR operations.
**Key duties but not limited to**:
- Manage and maintain employee records, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and in compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new employees, including preparing job descriptions, scheduling interviews.
- Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Assist in employee relations matters, including addressing concern and providing guidance to managers and staff.
- Maintain and update HR databases and systems.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and HR documentation as needed.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.
- Ensure HR Filing is up to date.
**Qualifications**:
**Qualifications**
- Bachelors degree or Diploma in Human Resources or a related field.
- Proven experience in a Human Resources role, ideally within the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, employment law, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
