Outbound Sales Call Agents
to join our team. If you're passionate about sales, love connecting with people, and want to grow in the digital industry, we want to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Make outbound calls to potential and returning clients.
- Present and promote
Site Gen X
services (websites, branding, and marketing packages). - Handle customer objections and close sales professionally.
- Record and manage all sales interactions in the CRM system.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
- Work with the sales team to refine scripts and strategies.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Confident, energetic, and goal-oriented personality.
- Fluent in English (other South African languages a plus).
- Basic computer literacy and good phone etiquette.
- Previous call center or telesales experience preferred, but
training is provided
.
What You'll Get
Basic Salary:
R3,500 per month
Commission:
10% on every confirmed sale
