Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Cape Town or Durban for an Investment Operations Analyst - Graduate. The Investment Operations Analyst will be responsible for conducting detailed financial analysis, supporting the investment decision-making process, managing accounting tasks, and maintaining excellent customer service. Daily tasks include analyzing investment opportunities, preparing financial reports, assisting with operational aspects of investment management, and ensuring smooth communication with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills for detailed financial analysis and decision support
  • Excellent Communication skills for clear interaction with clients and internal teams
  • Finance and Accounting knowledge to manage investment portfolios and prepare financial reports
  • Customer Service skills to maintain and enhance client relationships
  • Relevant bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment in Durban
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools is a plus
