Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Business Analyst role located in Durban. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering and defining business requirements, and working closely with stakeholders to implement efficient solutions. Day-to-day tasks include conducting detailed analyses, ensuring effective communication between departments, and supporting the improvement of operational performance within the organization.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in Business Analysis
  • Experience in understanding, developing, and improving Business Processes
  • Proficiency in gathering and defining comprehensive Business Requirements
  • Excellent Communication skills to engage effectively with various stakeholders
  • Relevant qualification in Business Management, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to dynamic business environments
  • Prior experience in consulting or working within cross-sector organizations is an advantage
