Duties & Responsibilities My client looking for an experienced Finance Manager who will take ownership of the full financial function, provide strategic insights, and ensure sound financial governance in line with Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee end-to-end financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Manage monthly and annual financial close processes, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
  • Prepare financial statements and reports for board and stakeholder review.
  • Lead audits and manage relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
  • Provide data-driven insights to support strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Ensure EPR compliance and accurate financial reporting aligned with sustainability goals.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • BCom Accounting / Finance degree (CA(SA) or CIMA preferred).
  • Minimum 5–8 years' experience in financial management or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of compliance, governance, and reporting frameworks.
  • Proven ability to work independently and contribute strategically in a purpose-driven environment.
