Key Responsibilities:
  • Full financial accounting function, including month-end close, journals, and reconciliations
  • Preparation of financial statements in accordance with IFRS
  • VAT, tax compliance and statutory submissions
  • Managing and maintaining the fixed asset register and CAPEX reporting
  • Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Providing insights for operational and strategic decision-making
  • Liaising with external auditors and key internal stakeholders
Job Experience and Skills Required:
  • Education: Registered CA(SA) (non-negotiable)
  • Experience:
    • 0–3 years post-article experience (automotive or manufacturing industry experience advantageous)
    • Strong technical reporting and IFRS knowledge
  • Skills:
    • Advanced MS Excel
    • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP/Oracle advantageous
    • Strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail
  • Must have a valid driver's licence and own transport
