Our client is bringing a proven European/UK market-leading software product into South Africa — and the entire channel in Cape Town is wide open. No legacy issues. No old resellers to fix. No broken processes.
You get a clean slate, full ownership, and the mandate to build the channel from the ground up — with realistic OTE up to R90,000for strong performers.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and scale a brand-new channel network across Cape Town and the Western Cape.
- Identify, recruit, onboard, and activate top-tier resellers with strong market alignment.
- Drive aggressive new-business growth — no inherited territory, no "slow start."
- Coordinate presales, technical, support, and internal leadership to close high-value opportunities.
- Represent a high-performing European/UK product suite with a strong competitive advantage.
- Maintain compliance with reseller agreements and uphold strong partner performance standards.
Qualifications & Skills
Must-Haves
- 3+ years in
IT Channel Management
,
IT Sales
, or
Cybersecurity Software Sales
. - Demonstrable experience
building
or expanding a channel — not just maintaining one. - Strong technical understanding of IT/software/hardware solutions.
- High-level communication and negotiation skills — able to win trust quickly.
- Solid PC proficiency; experience with CRM and structured reporting.
Nice-to-Haves
- Bilingual (advantage when developing diverse partner networks).
- Prior experience working with international products or emerging markets.
- Familiarity with security, SaaS, or enterprise software solutions.
