Channel Sales Manager

Responsibilities Meet and exceed sales targets established by the company. Perform comprehensive market analysis, including trends, competitive landscape, and economic conditions in the SAF region. Deliver effective product training to key partners to enhance their product knowledge and sales capabilities. Manage and strengthen customer relationships, address concerns promptly, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction levels. Oversee product transition processes and adjust sales forecasts to align with market demand. Monitor weekly channel stock levels and sales run-rate to ensure efficient inventory management. Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute targeted sales promotions, campaigns, and activities designed to boost revenue and market share. Qualifications Bachelor degree. 3 or more experience years at technology sector, e.g. computer component, IT. English, spoken, written, read and listening. Commercial skills.
