We deliver high -quality, bespoke services to clients across multiple sectors, helping businesses achieve their technology/sustainability/Cost objectives. Role Overview We are seeking two experienced Lead Generation Specialists to join our expanding team. Based in South Africa, you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, setting appointments, qualifying leads, and maintaining accurate data within our CRM. This position requires a strong technical understanding of products and services, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to engage business decision -makers in a B2B environment. Key Responsibilities  Generate qualified leads through targeted research, outbound calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach. Update and maintain accurate records of all leads, contacts, and activities in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and completeness. Gather and record key business information, including contact details, company size, decision -makers, and potential requirements. Schedule appointments for the UK -based sales team. Engage confidently with business owners, procurement professionals, and senior managers. Understand and explain our technical products and services clearly to potential clients. Track lead status, follow up promptly, and manage communication pipelines effectively. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine lead generation strategies and reporting. Achieve monthly KPIs for lead generation, appointment setting, and data accuracy. Requirements  Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B lead generation or appointment setting. Strong technical background or the ability to quickly understand complex products and solutions. Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written. High attention to detail with experience in data management and CRM systems. Self -motivated, results -driven, and able to work independently. Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other digital prospecting tools. Experience working with UK is an advantage.
