Your Role

• Lead and manage a production team of approximately 8 people.
• Plan and prepare daily and weekly production schedules.
• Ensure effective execution of production plans.
• Oversee and control production stock, including weekly verification and record-keeping.
• Organize and deliver in-house training sessions.
• Coordinate with maintenance to ensure continuous equipment operation.
• Investigate production issues and implement solutions.
• Conduct monthly internal food safety inspections.
• Maintain accurate production documentation and ensure compliance with work instructions.
• Accurately weigh raw materials and report any spillages or damages to the Production Manager.
• Blend raw materials, ensure correct product labeling, and monitor QC status.
• Take monthly water readings.
• Support and participate in internal and external audits.
• Uphold all Health, Safety, and Food Safety standards within the team.
• Maintain high housekeeping standards at all times.

About You

• Qualification in Operations Management is an advantage.
• 3–5 years' experience in machine operation within the Food & Beverage industry and in product handling and manufacturing.
• Demonstrated experience in leading teams, with strong leadership skills in managing and motivating groups to achieve production goals.
• Specialized knowledge of food safety (HACCP).
• Strong adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Good understanding of food product specifications (e.g., particle size, color).
• Skilled in managing material flow for precision and timely, high-quality output.
• Experience with operating, setting up, and maintaining specialized flavor manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to monitor and plan material movement, manage inventory, and implement controls to prevent shortages or excesses.
• Capable of reviewing production plans, adjusting schedules, and ensuring efficient order execution.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
