About the Role

We're looking for a highly organized, customer-focused individual to lead or support digital transformation projects. You'll coordinate timelines, teams, and client communications—ensuring smooth delivery and measurable outcomes. Experience with Microsoft tools is a plus, but what matters most is your ability to keep projects moving and clients happy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage project timelines and deliverables
  • Coordinate meetings, documentation, and stakeholder updates
  • Act as the first point of contact for client queries
  • Drive process improvements and workflow optimization
  • Liaise with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Use tools like Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel, Project Operations and CRM for reporting and collaboration

  • 2–5+ years in project management, coordination, or administration
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
  • Customer-first mindset and proactive approach
  • Comfortable with digital tools and remote/hybrid work
  • Experience in fast-paced or growing environments is a bonus
