Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager located in Gauteng, South Africa. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing HVAC projects from initiation to completion. Day-to-day tasks include planning and scheduling project activities, coordinating with clients and contractors, managing project budgets, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and resolving project-related issues in a timely manner. The Project Manager will also be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Qualifications

  • Project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and budget management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and contractor coordination
  • Experience in the HVAC industry or related technical field
  • Knowledge of safety and quality standards in construction and HVAC projects
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
  • Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) is a plus
