Role Description

This is a Park- Time, on-site role for a Car Wash Assistant, based in Cape Town. The Car Wash Assistant will be responsible for cleaning and detailing vehicles to a high standard, managing cleaning supplies and equipment, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves maintaining a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols, and actively supporting the overall customer service experience.

Qualifications

  • Drivers Licence
  • Proficiency in basic vehicle cleaning and detailing tasks, with an eye for thoroughness and precision.
  • Ability to handle and maintain cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual tasks and work across different weather conditions on-site.
  • Time management skills to handle multiple tasks and ensure timely vehicle servicing.
  • Previous experience in car washing or detailing is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Commitment to adhering to workplace safety and hygiene standards.
