We service national retail, commercial and residential clients with maintenance and small projects. Your mission is simple: find the work, shape the brief, and hand it off to ops so it's delivered fast and professionally.
What you'll do
- Prospect daily: call, WhatsApp, email and visit local businesses, centres, body corporates and stores.
- Qualify needs, scope basic jobs, and book site visits for our teams.
- Own your pipeline in our CRM, driving quotes to acceptance and jobs to invoice.
- Nurture repeat business and expand each account (repairs, painting, electrical, plumbing, handyman, small projects).
What we offer
- R2,000 p/m petrol & travel support (to help with local prospecting).
- Uncapped success fees on each job you generate that's completed and paid.
- Commission is paid against cleared client payments (not just POs).
- Top performers can unlock higher tiers and once-off bonuses on larger projects.
- Strong brand, national client base, central quoting & operations support, and live CRM reporting.
- Practical onboarding with call scripts, outreach lists, and objection-handling playbooks.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven outbound sales hustle (field or phone) — facilities, property, building, services or similar a plus.
- Confident communicator; neat written English; WhatsApp/Email/Excel/Google Sheets competent.
- Own vehicle, valid driver's licence, and a smartphone with data.
- Self-managed, target-driven, and comfortable working from home with daily check-ins.
How compensation works
- Base support: R2,000 per month (petrol/travel contribution).
- Success fee: Uncapped commission on every job you originate and we complete.
- Paid monthly once client invoices clear. Full structure shared at interview.
Where you'll work
We're recruiting 25 people across: Cape Town, Durban, Johannesburg, Pretoria (allocate yourself to your nearest area). You'll work from home and be active in your local area.
Reporting line
You'll report to our Sales Manager with daily pipeline updates and a weekly review.
