Are you a VisionPLUS specialist looking to take your expertise to the next level? We're seeking an experienced
VisionPLUS Implementation Expert
to drive end-to-end delivery of cutting-edge payment solutions for leading financial institutions. If you thrive in a dynamic, client-focused environment and enjoy solving complex challenges, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

  • Lead full-cycle VisionPLUS implementations
    — from discovery and customization to deployment and optimization.
  • Apply your
    deep functional and technical knowledge
    of VisionPLUS modules to design solutions that elevate client capabilities.
  • Understand client business processes across
    card management, transaction processing, and payment systems
    , and translate them into clear functional and technical specifications.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally
    with business analysts, engineers, project managers, and client stakeholders to ensure seamless solution delivery.
  • Architect and configure VisionPLUS modules (CMS, FAS, TRAMS, LTS, MBS, etc.) to meet client requirements.
  • Develop custom enhancements, interfaces, and integrations with systems such as
    payment gateways, fraud management tools, digital channels, and transaction-processing platforms
    .
  • Support data migration, system testing, and end-to-end validation to guarantee smooth go-lives.
  • Manage complex projects, ensuring timelines, expectations, and quality standards are consistently met.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of hands-on VisionPLUS implementation experience
    , including proven work with
    VisionPLUS v10
    .
  • Expertise in one or more core modules (CMS, FAS, TRAMS, LTS, etc.).
  • Strong background in
    payment systems, card processing,
    and
    transaction lifecycle management
    .
  • Demonstrated success delivering end-to-end projects in banking or financial services environments.
  • Solid understanding of
    system integration, data migration, and software development methodologies
    .
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
