ABOUT THE ROLE

Calibri Daniels Pty Ltd represents a dynamic and rapidly ascending creative talent in the entertainment and digital culture space.

We are seeking a
full-time Talent Manager
to manage operations, partnerships, communication, and scheduling for our client, who is entering a significant period of public and brand growth in 2026.

This is a strategic, fast-moving leadership role — ideal for someone with strong organisational skills and a passion for the entertainment industry.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Represent the client professionally

  • Handle all inbound enquiries
  • Evaluate opportunities
  • Negotiate partnership terms
  • Maintain client's brand integrity and voice

Manage day to day operations

  • Email management
  • Calendars & scheduling
  • Booking coordination
  • Logistics for appearances & creative projects

Lead the Internal Team

You will oversee:

  • Social Media Manager
  • Content Editor Intern
  • Project contributors (on a need basis)

Support multiple high-impact creative rollouts

You will assist with production, scheduling, and coordination for:

  • A multi-city performance & appearance series
  • Creative film projects
  • Editorial and digital content launches
  • Brand partnerships
  • Media engagements

Maintain communication pipelines

  • Responding to brands, press, collaborators
  • Managing follow-ups
  • Drafting professional correspondence
  • Contract coordination

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

MUST HAVES:

Exceptional communication skills

Highly organised + detail-oriented

Responsive and reliable

Able to work under pressure

Understands brand voice & public image

Confident handling professional email communication

Familiar with social media dynamics

Comfortable with decision-making

BONUS SKILLS:

— Experience in talent management, PR, entertainment or agency work

— Experience with Notion or Google Workspace

— Knowledge of digital or influencer marketing

REMUNERATION

This is a
commission-based
role with strong upside potential.

Projected monthly earning potential:

R15,000 – R45,000+
, depending on deal flow, brand partnerships, and appearance bookings.

This role is expected to evolve into a long-term management position as the client's career grows.

WORK COMMITMENT

Full-time availability is required.

This role involves rapid response communication and adaptability.
