Membership Sales Consultant – Full-Time

Location: Zone Fitness Rondebosch

Zone Fitness Rondebosch is searching for energetic, confident, and driven individuals to join our team as Membership Sales Consultants. If you enjoy connecting with people, love a fast-paced environment, and are motivated by achieving results, this role is perfect for you.

What You'll Do

  • Promote and sell gym memberships to grow the Rondebosch branch community
  • Generate leads through walk-ins, referrals, outreach, and networking
  • Follow up with prospects and convert enquiries into active memberships
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Provide excellent customer service and represent the Zone Fitness brand with professionalism

What We're Looking For

  • Matric / Grade 12 (or equivalent qualification)
  • Minimum 6 months of proven sales experience (fitness industry background an advantage)
  • Computer literate
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Confident, persuasive, and highly self-motivated
  • Able to work well under pressure in a target-driven environment
