Membership Sales Consultant – Full-Time

Location: Zone Fitness Rondebosch

Zone Fitness Rondebosch is looking for confident, energetic, and results-driven individuals to join our team as Membership Sales Consultants. If you're passionate about health, love engaging with people, and thrive in a performance-based environment, this is your opportunity to shine.

Your Role

  • Actively promote and sell memberships to expand the Rondebosch branch's community
  • Generate and manage leads through networking, referrals, and outreach initiatives
  • Convert walk-ins and enquiries into committed members
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through dedication and persistence
  • Deliver outstanding service while representing the Zone Fitness brand with professionalism and enthusiasm

What You'll Need

  • Matric / Grade 12 (or equivalent qualification)
  • At least 6 months of proven sales experience (fitness industry background an advantage)
  • Computer literate
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Goal-driven, persuasive, and self-motivated personality
  • Able to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
