Zone Fitness is seeking dynamic, energetic, responsible and goal-driven individuals to fill our vacancies of a Part-time Receptionist/Front Desk Operator at our Rondebosch Club:
**PERFORMANCE STATEMENT**:
The Receptionist/Front Desk Operator must ensure that all members/non-members receive the best service possible and that all duties are performed to the best of her/his ability and according to the company’s standard policies and procedures.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

- Grade 12 or equivalent
- At least 1 - 2 years working experience as a receptionist would be an advantage.
- Strong customer service approach.
- Professional and well-groomed appearance.
- Ability to promote a healthy and fit company image.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Friendly, clear and confident communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Good listening skills.
- Diplomacy in handling irate or difficult clients.
- Numeracy skills.
- Computer literacy

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 22.5 per week

**Salary**: R22.00 - R24.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Rondebosch, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- High School (matric) (required)
