Role Overview

We are expanding our Finance team and seeking a Junior Finance Administrator to provide essential support in billing, bookkeeping, reconciliations, and general finance operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual starting their career in finance to gain practical exposure across the full finance function - from billing and claims to reporting and compliance - within a dynamic and growing organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with billing and claim submissions to medical schemes.

Support bookkeeping activities, including reconciliations and data entry.

Help process supplier invoices, purchase orders, and payments.

Provide administrative support for HR and payroll (e.g., onboarding forms, leave reconciliations).

Compile and maintain financial data for management reports and assist with audit preparation.

Support compliance efforts by ensuring documentation accuracy and adherence to financial policies.

Take on ad hoc finance projects to support the wider team and business priorities.

What We're Looking For

Qualifications & Experience

Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or currently pursuing studies).

1-2 years' experience in finance, bookkeeping, or administrative support (internship acceptable).

Exposure to billing, claims processing, or reconciliations is an advantage.

Familiarity with accounting systems (e.g., Sage, Xero, QuickBooks) is beneficial.

Skills & Attributes

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good organisational and time-management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic/intermediate level).

Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems.

Professional, reliable, and able to work collaboratively.

Integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.
