We are hiring a Senior Technical Writer responsible for producing elite, accurate, and authoritative written content across cryptocurrency taxation, digital asset accounting, Web3 finance, and regulatory compliance.

This is not creative writing. This is precision, research-backed, technical writing for a firm operating at the highest levels of the crypto tax and accounting industry.

This work fuels our authority engine, supports our media presence, and strengthens the firm's position as the category leader in crypto taxation and Web3 financial reporting.

This is not a fluff content role or agency seat. This is a precision operator role. This is a high-caliber, research-heavy technical writing role, not a branding or copywriting position.

• CFC/PFIC, Subpart F, GILTI, multi-entity structures

You are expected to learn fast, research deeply, and keep pace with the industry.

SEO-Driven Content (Technical Format)

You will structure content to rank across both traditional search engines and AI retrieval systems (Perplexity, Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude). This requires technical SEO awareness, entity-based optimization, and clean information architecture. This is high-authority technical SEO, not low-tier content farming.

• Write SEO articles and video descriptions optimized for search and AI inclusion
• Structure content for entity SEO, topic authority, and long-term compounding
• Use SurferSEO and Ahrefs as strategic tools (not crutches)
• Create content that AI models can easily parse, summarize, cite, and retrieve
• Optimize pages for AI discoverability, including:
• Clean hierarchical headings (H1–H4)
• Structured data (schema markup)
• Internal link relevance and clustering
• Clear definitions, examples, and authoritative phrasing
• Entity consistency (people, companies, tax terms, crypto terms)
• Implement schema markup frameworks (Article, FAQ, Breadcrumb, HowTo, Service, Person, Organization)
• Ensure content is compliant with AI retrieval best practices
• Collaborate with the founder to identify priority topics for ranking and AI inclusion
• Track performance of SEO pages using Search Console and Ahrefs
• Your work should help Camuso CPA appear in:

AI-First Execution & Automation-Driven Thinking

• Operate with an AI-native mindset. Automate where possible.
• Build repeatable workflows using ChatGPT, Descript, Clay, and SurferSEO.
• Continuously audit your workflows to eliminate manual bottlenecks and increase leveraged output.
• All AI-generated outputs must be fully edited, rewritten, and aligned to brand tone before use. We tolerate zero AI slop, zero lazy edits, zero unreviewed AI text, and zero copy-paste outputs in any published asset.

Reporting & Performance Tracking

• Participate in weekly 1:1 syncs and monthly strategic growth reviews with the founder.

Willingness to Evolve

This is not a static role. You will be expected to evolve with the firm, adapt to new strategic directions, and content formats.

Required Qualifications

Applicants must submit 3–5 writing samples (technical, tax, financial, regulatory, or crypto).

• Bachelor's degree preferred: Accounting, Finance, Economics, Law, Journalism, Technical Communication, or similar
• 4+ years experience in technical, financial, legal, policy, tax, or crypto writing.
• Background in financial or technical writing, communications or journalism.
• Strong ability to follow SOPs and deploy content without errors
• Proven ability to explain complex topics clearly
• Strong research ability
• Experience with SEO and AI discoverability optimization (structuring content for search engines and AI retrieval systems such as Perplexity, Gemini, and ChatGPT).
• Experience with SEO tools and AI-assisted SEO structuring (SurferSEO, Ahrefs, schema formatting)
• Native-level English writing and communication
• Proficient in ChatGPT, SurferSEO, Descript, Apollo, Typefully, Notion
• Crypto/Web3 fluency strongly preferred or proven ability to learn fast
• Must be organized, KPI-driven, and ruthlessly execution-oriented
• Ability to hit daily deadlines
• Crypto/Web3 literacy required (or ability to learn extremely fast)
• Deep experience producing long-form technical, analytical, or regulatory content.
• You must be able to read, interpret, and summarize IRS tax code, regs, revenue procedures, GAAP, and crypto protocol documentation.

You must maintain a secure work environment:
