In this role, you'll be the go-to person who keeps our office humming, managing everything from schedules and records to travel arrangements and team support. Youll be central to our success, making a real impact every day.
What You'll Do:Keep the wheels turning with seamless office operations from scheduling to supplies.
Handle correspondence, reports, and presentations like a pro.
Be the friendly voice behind emails and phone inquiries, always ready to help.
Coordinate meetings, track expenses, support HR processes, and more.
Ensure all records digital and physical are tidy, accurate, and secure.
Work cross-functionally with multiple departments and external contacts.
At least 1-3 years of experience in an administrative support role.
Confidence with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Top-notch organization, time management, and multitasking skills.
Great written and verbal communication you're clear, professional, and friendly.
A strong sense of confidentiality, accuracy, and initiative.
High school diploma required; a degree is a plus.
Experience with CRM systems or databases.
A natural knack for problem-solving and decision-making.
The ability to prioritize tasks with calm, can-do energy even on busy days.
