As Ugo-Selling continues to grow, we are seeking passionate Sales Advisors who are ready to elevate their careers and play a key role in driving our mission forward.
Qualifications and experience required;
- Grade 12 or equivalent.
- RE5 Certification.
- Qualifications to sell Category 1 products.
- FAIS Accreditation, - 120 credits/ Wealth Management NQFL4/5.
- DOFA- (Date of first Appointment) in the Insurance Industry.
- Minimum 1 year In-Field sales experience.
- Must meet competency requirements of honesty, integrity, and good standing (Fit and proper declaration)
- A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle is mandatory.
- Must be based in Gauteng but will be required to travel to Johannesburg Central for meetings.
- Must be tech-savvy and computer literate.
- Have an understanding of the Treating Customers Fairly principles, and demonstrate these principles in all business interactions.
As a Sales Advisor you must be;
- Skilled in the art of persuasion and able to effectively communicate the purpose and benefits of our products.
- Customer-focused and skilled at building genuine rapport through effective communication.
- Passionate about sales, hungry for success and ready to make a difference.
- Able to demonstrate the ability to approach potential Members with professionalism and charm, leaving a lasting impression through engaging interactions.
- Results-oriented, highly self-disciplined, and exceptionally motivated to achieve and exceed set targets.
- Enthusiastic in attending set appointments, handle pressure and must have a high level of resilience.

- Excellent communication skills
- Able to liaise professionally and effectively on all levels
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Progressive thinking and creativity
- Planning and problem resolution skills
- Good interpersonal skills
Other requirements:
- Ability to speak one other official African language will be advantageous
- Must be fluent in English
- Integrity Assessment will be required
