Duties & ResponsibilitiesAccount Manager, you'll take ownership of building and nurturing strong client relationships while driving new business opportunities across our recruitment and workforce solutions portfolio. Your ability to uncover needs, deliver tailored solutions, and foster trust will be key to your success.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Cultivate and grow existing accounts while actively hunting new opportunities
Deliver outstanding service to clients and respond to queries professionally and timeously
Collaborate with operations to ensure service delivery excellence
Understand client requirements and match top-tier talent to their business needs
Drive recruitment efforts – from sourcing to placement – across contracting and permanent roles
Keep the CRM and sales pipeline updated and accurate
Report on sales activities, pipeline health, and revenue performance
Ensure all financial processes (invoicing, SLA sign-off, P.O. systems) are understood and followed
Attend industry events and stay ahead of market and customer trends
Demonstrate creativity and commercial insight in developing tailored client solutions
- Minimum 2 years in a B2B sales environment, in recruitment, HR solutions, or professional services , specifically in the IT space,need to have experience in the contracting space .
- Matric
- Exceptional communication (verbal, written, proposal writing)
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Proven ability to hit sales targets
- Client-centric mindset and consultative approach
