The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As an Account Executive for Medical Solutions Division at 3M South Arica for Witbank area you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate to
- drive profitable growth in the Region for the Area
- provide sales and marketing advice and consults with leadership team to set short-term strategic direction and operating plans
- determine directions, priorities and assigns resources with full accountability for results of functional area.
- be Responsible for establishing and managing sales targets for division within the sales and marketing organization
- identify and define market/product opportunities to meet sales and growth objectives

Your Skills and Expertise
- Tertiary qualification (diploma/degree) - Marketing, Medical field, BSc, Medical Technology
- A minimum of two years working experience within a sales environment in a medical field
- Effective written and verbal skills
- Well organized, detail orientated, well developed planning abilities
- Customer oriented
- Strong administration skills
- Proven track record of sales targets, and growing market share
- Team Player

Travel: May include up to 60-70%
