Showroom Manager
to uphold the elegance of our Rosebank flagship showroom. In this pivotal role, you will lead a dynamic team, curate immaculate spaces, and ensure each client encounter is nothing short of extraordinary. Your eye for design, textiles and attention to detail, with passion for sales and decor will bring our vision to life—seamlessly blending aesthetics with client satisfaction.

What you'll bring:

A strong background
in sales and retail management

· Impeccable taste, engaging and understanding of luxury interior styling

· Proven leadership skills with a passion for motivating and mentoring teams

· A client-centric mindset that thrives on delivering excellence

· Experience in managing showroom operations and visual standards

What you'll do:

· Drive sales performance and elevate the client experience

· Curate a pristine, elegant showroom aligned with our brand ethos

· Manage a high-performing team with poise and professionalism

· Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager and Head of Retail

· Represent the timeless sophistication of our brand in every interaction

· Petty cash managed and reconciliation performed according to agreed deadlines
