Luxury Showroom Manager - Interior & Furnishings Location : Fourways, Johannesburg Salary : Competitive Basic, attractive commission structures & benefits Every second Saturday required. Are you a polished and experienced Showroom Manager with a passion for luxury interiors, exceptional customer experience, and leading dynamic teams? About the Role As the Showroom Manager, you will oversee the full operations and presentation of a luxury showroom environment. You will lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing sales team, ensuring every client interaction reflects the brand's refined standards of service and design expertise. You will be responsible for achieving showroom sales targets, maintaining brand integrity through immaculate visual presentation, and cultivating long-term client relationships within the trade and retail sectors. Key Responsibilities Drive showroom sales performance to meet monthly and annual budgets. Build and nurture lasting relationships with interior designers, decorators, architects, and private clients. Lead, train, and motivate showroom consultants to deliver exceptional customer service. Ensure the showroom maintains world-class visual merchandising standards. Monitor stock levels, product allocations, and manage replenishment in line with business needs. Coordinate showroom events, product launches, and client presentations in collaboration with marketing. Manage financial controls, including cash-ups, petty cash, invoicing, and reporting. Oversee daily operations, including staffing, maintenance, and client communication. What You'll Bring Minimum 5 years of sales experience in a retail or wholesale environment, preferably in interiors, design, or luxury lifestyle. Minimum 3 years of management or leadership experience. Strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and an eye for design detail. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets while upholding a luxury service standard. Exceptional organisational skills with a passion for creating visually inspiring spaces. Proficiency in MS Office and showroom management systems. Fluent in English (additional South African language an advantage).
