Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team and drive sales of used vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. The Sales Executive will be responsible for prospecting new customers, conducting test drives, negotiating prices, and closing sales. The successful candidate will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.

Responsibilities:
- Prospect and qualify new customers through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features to customers
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Negotiate prices and terms of sale with customers
- Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
- Keep up to date on industry trends and market conditions

Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
