Job Purpose
The Driver / Sales Representative is responsible for delivering food packaging products to customers while promoting and selling the company's product range. This role combines safe and timely delivery with building strong customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and ensuring excellent service.

Key Responsibilities
- Delivery & Logistics
- Safely operate company vehicle to deliver food packaging products to clients on assigned routes.
- Load and unload goods, ensuring accuracy of delivery orders and proper handling of products.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness, perform basic checks, and report any maintenance issues.
- Ensure compliance with traffic laws, company policies, and health & safety regulations.
- Sales & Customer Service
- Act as the company's representative when visiting customers.
- Present, promote, and sell food packaging products to existing and potential clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Identify customer needs, provide product information, and recommend suitable solutions.
- Process orders, handle cash/credit transactions if required, and ensure proper documentation.
- Reporting & Administration
- Maintain accurate delivery and sales records.
- Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, competitor activity, and market trends.
- Meet assigned sales targets and delivery schedules.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience in sales and/or delivery (preferably in FMCG, food service, or packaging industry).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic numeracy and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle cash responsibly.
- Physically fit to handle loading/unloading of goods.

Working Conditions
