1. Job Purpose

The Sales Manager is responsible for leading, motivating, and developing the sales team to achieve business growth targets. This role focuses on generating new business, managing key client relationships, and ensuring that sales strategies align with the company's overall objectives.

2. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and support the sales team to improve performance and productivity.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to inform business decisions.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics for management.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure alignment of sales initiatives.
  • Negotiate and close high-value deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing strategies, and ethical standards.

3. Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in telecommunications
