Hire Resolve, a reputable recruitment agency, are looking for a talented and dynamic Sales Representative to join our client's luxury cosmetics company in Pretoria. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of high-end cosmetic products to clients in the Pretoria area.
Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell the company's luxury cosmetic products to potential clients in the Pretoria area
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
- Identify and target new clients through cold calling, networking, and other sales techniques
- Attend industry events and trade shows to showcase the company's products
- Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, answering inquiries and addressing any issues they may have
- Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and progress to the Sales Manager
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role, preferably in the cosmetics industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets
- Knowledge of cosmetics and beauty products is a plus
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
