Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Sales Representative at Luxury Cosmetics Pty (Ltd). Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with retail partners, driving sales growth, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, representing the company's cosmetic and fragrance portfolio, and providing solutions tailored to customer needs. The Sales Representative will also collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Relationship Management skills, including proficiency in building and maintaining client relationships, as well as negotiating and meeting sales targets
  • Marketing and Customer Service skills, ensuring excellent communication, customer orientation, and the ability to understand and address customer needs
  • Industry Understanding and Product Knowledge, with a passion for branded cosmetics and familiarity with premium cosmetic and fragrance products
  • Organizational and Analytical skills, such as managing multiple accounts, developing strategies, and analyzing sales performance
  • Self-motivation, ability to work independently in a remote environment, and excellent time management
  • Previous experience in sales, customer relations, or the cosmetics industry is beneficial
