Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive General Administrator to join their team. The successful individual will be responsible for managing client payments, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth financial administration processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process client payments accurately and on time.

  • Maintain up-to-date payment records and client data.

  • Communicate professionally with clients regarding payments.

  • Investigate and resolve payment-related issues and reconciliations.

  • Collaborate closely with finance and administrative teams.

  • Ensure processes comply with internal guidelines and procedures.

Job Requirements:

  • Matric certificate (Accounting as a subject at school will be an advantage).

  • Strong numerical ability and above-average verbal reasoning skills.

  • Solid administrative background.

  • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.

  • Computer literacy and experience with data systems.

  • Fluent in Afrikaans & English.

  • Own transport and valid driver's license.
