Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in the City of Johannesburg for a Used Car Sales Consultant. The role involves building strong relationships with customers and providing expert guidance during the vehicle purchasing process. Key responsibilities include assisting customers in selecting pre-owned vehicles that suit their needs, negotiating deals to ensure customer satisfaction, and promoting additional services like financing and insurance. Meeting sales targets and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales journey are core aspects of this dynamic role.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Automotive Sales and a strong understanding of the pre-owned vehicle market
  • Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction and promote Customer Retention
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to build rapport with clients and foster long-term relationships
  • A goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Previous experience in sales or the automotive industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in handling financing and insurance discussions is advantageous
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
  • Valid driver's license required
