About the Role

A high-volume outbound SDR role focused on cold calling, emailing, lead qualification, and booking high-quality discovery calls/meetings for senior consultants for mostly inbound business to the Netherlands.

Beyond pure prospecting, this role also involves contributing to sales systems, documentation, and improving the full sales cycle.

You will work with tools such as , Pipedrive (or equivalent CRM systems) and structured digital outreach workflows. Lead lists will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Sales & Meetings
  • Build and refine target lists by sector, size, geography, and persona (lead lists also provided).
  • Conduct high-volume cold calling to create pipeline and secure meetings.
  • Execute structured phone + email + sequencing cadences with light personalisation.
  • Quickly qualify leads (need, authority, timing, fit) and hand over accurately.
  • Confirm meeting logistics and prepare pre-call briefs for senior colleagues.
  • Sales Systems & Operational Improvements
  • Help set up and refine the overall sales cycle, from lead generation to handover.
  • Contribute to optimising sales systems, including Pipedrive and
  • Improve and maintain sales documentation, including scripts, playbooks, and process guides.
  • Assist in building, updating, and improving client-facing slide decks and internal sales materials.
  • Support continuous process improvements across the sales function.
  • Administration & Reporting
  • Accurately log all activities, data, and notes into Salesforce/Pipedrive.
  • Nurture warm leads and reactivate older prospects.
  • Participate in weekly coaching, training sessions, and performance reviews.
  • Providing a comprehensive update to management on changes in pipeline
  • Attending of events and building of relationships
  • Getting to know the industry and connecting with UK/Luxembourg and Dutch business for expansion of the office.

Essential Requirements

  • 2–3 years SDR, telesales, or outbound call centre experience.
  • Clear, confident communicator with professional e-mail communication and phone presence.
  • Highly resilient, performance-driven, and motivated by uncapped earnings.
  • Comfortable with CRMs (Pipedrive, Salesforce) and digital sales tools.
  • Ability to work Dutch/European hours with a reliable remote setup.
  • Go-getter mentality.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Able to work independently.

Desirable

  • Exposure to accounting, outsourcing, financial services, or fund administration.
  • Familiarity with , Sales Navigator, dialers, sequencing tools, Excel or sales operations work.
  • Interest in learning accounting, outsourcing models, and fund structures (training provided).
  • Experience improving sales workflows, playbooks, or systems.
  • Excellent command of English, with Dutch considered a valuable bonus.

  • 15-30 dials per day
  • Outreach campaign strategy and implementation in first 45 days
  • 8–15 qualified meetings per month
  • 70% show rate
  • 20–30% conversion to qualified opportunities
  • 5 - 10 Proposals sent out per month.
  • 100% CRM accuracy and compliance
  • Contribution to clearer sales cycles, better documentation, and improved sales tools

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: ± R10,000 per month
  • Commission: 15% uncapped, earned on contract signed value
