Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Practice Success Consultant to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for Managing a portfolio of accountants, maintaining relationships through consistent communication, supporting the team to achieve targets and expand their client base, and assisting with marketing strategies and collateral.

Key Responsibilities

  • Expanding the scope of Accounting Practices (NCA)

  • Converting vetted opportunities

  • Supports new and existing accountants to drive business development and revenue generation.

  • Manage a dedicated list of strategic accountants and retain allocated base.

  • Act as an ambassador for Sage in the Accountants Forum, promoting Sage presence and support.

  • Organize and attend regional events to promote Sage.

  • Collaborates in weekly strategy sessions

  • Conducts online webinars to facilitate the transition of newly onboarded accountants and support the existing team to migrate from desktop to cloud-based platforms, offering guidance and insights.

  • Spearheads the incentive program

Skills, know-how and experience:

  • Excellent Telephone Etiquette.

  • Computer literacy

  • MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)

  • 3 to 5 years experience in accounting & or payroll.

  • SBCA & SBCP Certification

  • 3 to 5 years experience using the SBCA Accountants Edition

  • Certification in Sage Intacct is an advantage
