Role Overview
With change, comes growth and we are looking for someone who is a suitable fit for a full-time, on-site role as a Junior Service Desk Coordinator (SDC). You will handle daily service coordination tasks, provide exceptional customer support, and ensure the efficient management of service desk operations.
Main Responsibilities include
:
- Responding to client calls and inquiries,
- Job management and scheduling
- Coordination of technicians and resources
- Workshop / Stock oversight of incoming and outgoing stock
Preferred Qualifications/Experience:
- Ideally have strong Service/Project Coordination skills (be able to evidence experience)
- Exceptional Interpersonal and Communication skills to engage effectively with clients and teams
- Customer Service experience with a focus on problem-solving and client satisfaction
- Ability to work in a dynamic on-site environment and manage time efficiently and effectively
- Proficiency with service management tools or related software is a plus
The suitable candidate will hit the ground running work alongside our existing SDC, where you will be brought up to speed with daily, weekly and monthly rituals.
Your attention to detail, and ability to manage busy periods with a calm and mature approach will aid your application - be open to sharing previous experience to evidence how you have responded and what important lessons have you harnessed for future opportunities.
