Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Service Delivery Manager: Fintech located in the Johannesburg, with flexibility for some remote work. The Service Delivery Manager will oversee the end-to-end delivery of Fintech and ICT services, ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing service operations, maintaining service-level agreements, and collaborating with clients to identify improvements. The role will require close coordination with internal teams to drive efficiency and a focus on exceptional customer service. Qualifications Fintech and Payments industry operational experience of over 5-years Experience in Service Delivery Management, including oversight of end-to-end ICT service delivery processes Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Service Delivery, ensuring alignment of services with client expectations Proficiency in ICT Service Management methodologies and frameworks (e.g., ITIL, DevOps) Excellent Customer Service and interpersonal communication skills to foster positive client relationships Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to mitigating risks and addressing challenges Strong organizational and project management skills Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or a relevant field Experience within the fintech industry is an advantage #J-18808-Ljbffr
