Job Title: Business Development Representative US Market (SaaS)
Location: Cape Town, South Africa (Office-Based)
Salary: R25,000 - R45,000 (Depending on Experience)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM SAST (EST US Hours)

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with key decision-makers to assess fit, business needs, budget, and timelines.
- Maintain consistent communication with new and existing leads using LinkedIn, email, and phone to spark interest and build relationships.
- Create and manage strategic target account lists within your assigned US territory.
- Generate new business opportunities to support the company's continued growth.
Requirements:
- Entry-level candidates: Bachelor's degree or higher with a strong desire to start a career in tech sales.
- Experienced BDRs: 12 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in SaaS or tech.
- Excellent written and verbal English skills (near-native level).
- Clear, goal-oriented communication style.
- High level of initiative with strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Energetic, positive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
