National Company in Cape Town is looking for an experienced Service Manager to join their team.

The Opportunity:
We are looking for an experienced and driven Service Manager to lead our service operations in Cape Town. This role requires a strong leader with operational expertise, excellent people management skills, and a proven ability to ensure that service delivery meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate the pest control service team to achieve performance targets.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily service operations to ensure efficient scheduling and execution.
- Maintain compliance with industry legislation, health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Monitor service quality, implement improvements, and resolve escalated client issues.
- Provide technical support, coaching, and continuous training to technicians.
- Prepare and present service performance reports, budgets, and operational plans.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through service excellence.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, productivity, and profitability.
- Manage Logistics and coordinate routes for Service Technicians.
Requirements
- Minimum 4–6 years' management experience (pest control, facilities management, or related industry advantageous).
- Must have a Valid P Number Certificate.
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- Sound understanding of pest control operations, compliance, and health & safety standards.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Valid driver's license and own vehicle is essential.
- Ability to work independently, under pressure, and meet deadlines.
