Job Description
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for senior Contact Centre roles, including:
    • Job posting and advertising
    • Candidate sourcing and screening
    • Interview coordination and facilitation
    • Offer negotiation and onboarding support
  • Utilize various sourcing channels (job boards, social media, networking) to attract top talent.
  • Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Provide market insights and recruitment analytics to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment legislation.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process.
Ensure that the process transactions are processed as per policy / procedures
Ensure that the assigned targets are met in accordance with SLA and Internal standards
Ensure that the quality of transaction is in compliance with predefined parameters as defined by Process Excellence
Ensure adherence to established attendance schedules
Ensure adherence to Company Policies and Procedures
The performance parameters include the following:

- Meeting set targets on a monthly basis
- Offer to Joining Ratio of the Offers made
- Quality of candidates hired and on-boarded
- Number of defects against number of Offers made
- 100% adherence to compliance requests and policy
- Deliver on intakes within timelines and at high quality level

Qualifications

Education Requirements

Minimum Matric
Qualification (or working towards) in related field will be preferred

Work Experience Requirements
Minimum 12 months of work experience
Recruitment Experience
Experience in both permanent / Fixed Term / Part Time placement
